In Kind Donations, Collection Drives
We are ALWAYS in need of new or gently used entertainment items, food, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, bedding, and other household items to help our troops combat the loneliness and boredom of long deployment. These items can be mailed to our post office box. Click here to view a list of frequently requested items from the troops and veterans.
Sponsor a Unit or Veteran Family
To Sponsor a Deployed Unit or Veteran family, you agree to raise the funds needed to complete a wish list project for a Deployed unit, or provide household items for local veterans.
We will work with you and your budget. Projects can be as low as $250 for a small unit up to over $10,000 for full battalions. (Please see the chart below for target amounts for Veteran families.)

Family of Four | $1,000 | Queen size bed, twin beds, mattress sets, and Welcome Home Kit |
Donations of any amount are welcome. No gift is too small or too large. |
We’ve had families, scouting groups, church groups, schools and businesses all over the country participate in this program with great success!

Operation Troop Appreciation is a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation and has been granted by the Internal Revenue Service federal tax-exempt status as a Section 501(c)(3) organization . All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
